Present during this morning’s flag-raising ceremony were Evol Louise Abrito Millares who won a Bronze Medal in the 2019 Palarong Pambansa, Darlene Joy Hayahay who won a Gold Medal in the 56-kilogram Wushu Sanda during the 6th Women’s Martial Arts Festival at RMSC Harrrison Plaza in Manila and Reynaldo Hayahay for having been selected as member of the 56-kilogram Sanda Team by the Wushu Federation last May 2019.
